Menya Musashi 麺屋武蔵 - Mong Kok, Hong Kong

I went to the Menya Musashi in Tuen Mun before and absolutely hated it.  The ramen there was just very off.  I can't explain it, but it just wasn't good.  So, when I came to Menya Musashi in Mong Kok's Moko Mall (previously was called Century Plaza, I think), I was expecting it to be edible but not good at all.  I was quite surprised when the ramen arrived.  It look great, tasted great.  It looked oily with the layer of fat on top of the soup, but it definitely didn't feel greasy when I eat it.  It's not as good as the ramen I had in Japan, but it's pretty good for ramen in Hong Kong.  Love that big chunk of soft tender juicy pork.  I ordered the ramen with black soup.

We also ordered some side dishes.  We got the croquette.  Both the pumpkin and the purple one taste great.  Actually, I find that it's hard to find a bad tasting croquette.  Or maybe I just have low expectation and standards.

I also ordered the spinach with wasabi sesame dressing.  Love it.
